've been going here for over a year now on a weekly basis and I only have positive things to say about the service! My technician Jennifer does a great job of extracting my acne. It is a little painful but I've noticed it is a lot less painful than the other skincare clinics I've been to. She extracts blackheads and pimples with an instrument which I personally prefer because it leaves less damage on the skin after. I really enjoy the relaxing ambience of the skincare clinic and how private each room is. Other clinics I've been to have had really thin walls and you can hear everything that is going on beyond the room but this clinic has quiet rooms which help with relaxation. With the change of management, the interior of the place went through a change in decor. I honestly liked the previous paint job of the place a lot more because it made it look more elegant and classy. With that being said, the quality of their service has not changed and I plan to continue going to get my facials. Definitely would reccomend !
